The Cohabitation series explores ideas of belonging, place, and mutual coexistence, creating a dialogue between the natural and the handmade. The arrangement of objects within the “shared” space and the exploration of spatial relationships also evoke the ambiguous relationship between art and utilitarian function.
A Symbiotic Relationship is an installation that explores materiality, shape, movement, repetition, spatial dynamics, and the interaction between the handmade/artificial and organic life.
Still-life with Datura is an installation that invites reflection on the transient nature of life, beauty, and the inevitable certainty of decay, set amidst bone-like sculptural forms.
